Accidentally ran rm -rf in app-root folder.

Accidentally  executed rm -rf in app-root folder (wanted to run du -sh *, but due to network latency pressed return key at wrong time).
How to recover from that. Application is not able to restart.

Getting error:
  • Restarting PHP 5.4 cartridge (Apache+mod_php) Application directory "/" selected as DocumentRoot Starting PHP 5.4 cartridge (Apache+mod_php) Application directory "/" selected as DocumentRoot
  • Failed to execute: 'control restart' for /var/lib/openshift/540a83d45004465dde0001c7/php
Can anyone help me how to fix this.
