Locally.

You can use rhc deployment-list to see candidates to activate.

Note, if you had data in app-root/data, it’s not recoverable via this method.

Or should I need to run this locally?
This might be naive question but I am taking over this from my ex team mate and I am new to openshift. Really appreciate the help.
