Cool. So, from that point you'll need to go check out /etc/resolv.conf (and fix it so that it points to the correct search, domain, and nameserver entries) because NetworkManager reconfigs it on reboot.
Then, you'll need to cycle ntpd. If that doesn't do it, you'll need to cycle activemq, mcollective, openshift-broker and console services, and (for kicks) i'd also cycle named just in-case -- although it's not necessary.
Then try again, and post back here please.

but when i open my broker ip https://10.11.227.30 it's always redirrect me into https://10.11.227.30/console/unauthorized. and its just blank white webpage. nothing show up.
