Re: Avoid disabling local gear



This is controlled by the OPENSHIFT_HAPROXY_GEAR_RATIO env variable, so if you set it to something very large, the local gear will never be disabled:

(Note that this is a relatively recent change (April), so depending what version/where you're running, this option may or may not be available to you)
