Are you using oo-install directly from install.openshift.com, or are you running oo-install from the openshift-origin-release-4 branch of openshift-extras repo using "bundle exec bin/oo-install"?

If you are running from source (which is what you need to do if you want a v4 installation for the moment), then I know what the problem is.

In v4, the default user/pass is no longer demo/demo. The username is still demo, but the password is a randomly generated string that is unique to your deployment. You can explicitly change them as you are working in oo-install, but the default behavior is that oo-install generates values for you.

You can find out what it these values are by looking at your oo-install-cfg.yaml file, which is located at ~/.openshift by default. Every host in your config file will have identical openshift_user and openshift_password values. That is the combo that you want to try.

This is not obvious from the installer or the docs, so thanks for bringing this to my attention! I'll make some changes today so that this is much clearer.
