What do you get if you run

-check named conf
# named-checkconf /etc/named.conf

-check zones
# named-checkzone ose.com /var/named/dynamic/ose.com.db

-check dns is responding (if your dns is on localhost)
$ dig @127.0.0.1 <broker-fqdn>

example
[root broker ~]# dig @127.0.0.1 broker.ose.com
