openshift kube is now 'kubectl', not 'kubecfg'

https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/825 has replaced the use of kubecfg for `openshift kube` (which is removed upstream) with kubectl. The kubectl command is *exactly* what upstream supports, but also supports the OpenShift resource objects.

It also exposes the "experimental" prefix under `openshift ex`, which contains new commands that we are prototyping and testing but are not yet in their final form. Things under `ex` may change without notice, changes under `openshift cli` / `osc` will *only* change with backwards compatibility or notice.

Login functionality is coming soon - until then, you can use `openshift ex config` or `openshift kube config` to set your configuration on disk.
