It doesn't seem like you have any OpenShift subscriptions attached.
You can use 'subscription-manager list --consumed' to see what
subscription you are using.  Then you could use 'subscription-manager
list --available' to see what you have access to.

I'll ask around to see if anyone has reported the 404 error you hit.
It's not related to OpenShift in any way though.
