Prometheus Operator

I assume Origin is still using the coreos git repo while the openshift repo is brought up to date? When I attempt to build the v0.23.2 code I am getting:

      /usr/lib/golang/src/k8s.io/code-generator/cmd/openapi-gen (from $GOROOT)

      /root/origin-3.11.0/go/src/k8s.io/code-generator/cmd/openapi-gen (from $GOPATH)


I am using go 1.10.2. I am unsure as to what is going wrong.
