Is it my fault somehow or the quota is really that low?

The quotas on the free gears is 1Gb / gear and on silver planned gears 6Gb / gear. There is an issue open where if you are building stuff during app deployment you can exhaust your quota rather quickly, but that's the only known issue that I'm aware of.

I'd try logging into your gear and double checking how much disk space you are using (`du --max-depth=1` from your home directory will work). Should tell you what's eating up your space.
