Could you give me a list of the openshift rpms you have installed?
The output of 'rpm -qa | grep openshift' would be sufficient. I
believe you may be running an older version of the broker rpm.

I got the same issues than Arunabha and this are my packages:

I don't see an issue with any of these packages, they are the same or
newer than the ones I had installed. I also updated my system and
re-ran the updated puppet module from puppet forge, and am still
unable to replicate this.
Can you try to do a yum update on the system, update the puppet module
to the latest available from the forge (puppet module upgrade
openshift/openshift_origin), re-run the installer and reboot?

I've also noticed that the fedora systemd service units don't behave
quite like the rhel init scripts do. The init scripts update the
Gemfile.lock with every service restart. You can do this with the
steps below:

# cd /var/www/openshift/broker
# rm Gemfile.lock
# bundle install --local
# cd /var/www/openshift/console
# rm Gemfile.lock
# bundle install --local

This will regenerate the Gemfile.lock in case any of the dependencies
were updated after the broker or console rpms were installed.

If the problem persists, pelase pastebin the following logfiles:
/var/log/openshift/broker/production.log
/var/log/openshift/broker/httpd/error_log

I can go to the settings page now. However
    /console/application_types
seems to be broken now (clicking on "create your first
    application
now"). I'm getting an error page with
      An error has occurred
You can try refreshing the page, if the problem is temporary.
You can also try the following:
            * Seek assistance in the [1]support forum.
            * Join [2]IRC channel #openshift on Freenode.
            * If you are experiencing a repeatable error not related to
    a
        service
outage, [3]report it as a bug.
          Reference #41309618faf3cdb9715197e37cae17cb
Could you pastebin the following logs?
        production.log from /var/log/openshift/broker and
        /var/log/openshift/console
        access_log and error_log from /var/log/openshift/broker/httpd
    and
        /var/log/openshift/console/httpd
Without further information, my best guess is that the console
    is
being denied access to the broker for a path that should be
    allowed.
