Yes, I believe it is this one, right?

nameserver_ip_addr => '10.10.10.24',

After creating the puppet file, I manually altered the nameserver_ip_addr parameter to be my dns server.
With that I managed to install Openshift. However, when I try to create a new ruby application, I get the following error:

Error adding DNS application record ruby-kr.apps.example.com rc=2

Do you believe this error to be related to my altering of nameserver_ip_addr ?

Puppet has changed your DNS config most likely to use itself as the name
server.

There's an option in the puppet params to not have network settings
changed.
