Improved ssh support on rhc for Windows

In the latest[1] release of rhc (1.31.5) we delivered a few improvements and bug fixes[2] that will make ssh access over Windows much more reliable and less error-prone.

Starting that version, the "rhc ssh" command will be able to *auto-discover* a ssh client, even if it's not in the system PATH. Worth to mention that msysgit[3] (Git for Windows, which we already recommend as a requirement for Windows users) has *its own ssh client* which is *preferred over Putty* since it is capable of handling ssh keys in standard formats and locations (~/.ssh for example), and it will take precedence over Putty in the client discovery process.

So to summarize, "rhc setup" will take care of setting up the ssh keys and "rhc ssh" will correctly make use of it, as long as msysgit is installed (as already recommended). Messing around with Putty, Puttygen, Pageant and converting ssh keys is no longer required or recommended.
