/var/log/yum.log can help here.
You will definitely want to remove the following packages as well:
mongo-server
bind

Removing these directories should be sufficient to clean the slate for a new install:
/etc/openshift
/etc/mongo(d).conf
/etc/named.conf
/var/lib/openshift
/var/lib/mongo(d)
/var/named
