The inventory provided in that document will configure pacemaker for you, no need to configure it manually.

The inventory variables that you will need to set are as follows:
openshift_master_cluster_password=openshift_cluster                   # Password used for configuring the pacemaker cluster
openshift_master_cluster_vip=192.168.133.25                           # This is used to configure a VIP for internal cluster traffic
openshift_master_cluster_public_vip=192.168.133.25                    # This is used to configure a VIP for external cluster traffic if different than above.
openshift_master_cluster_hostname=openshift-master.example.com        # This is the dns entry associated with the openshift_master_cluster_vip value it will need to be pre-configured before the installation
openshift_master_cluster_public_hostname=openshift-master.example.com # This is the dns entry associated with the openshift_master_cluster_public_vip value it will need to be pre-configured before the installation
 
- How do you have to configure etcd on every master? When you've a master with the hostname: master1.example.com.
How do you than describe your etcd? I don't understand it because it's using another hostname.

etcd hosts can be co-located with masters if that is what you want, or they can be on separate hosts. The inventory below describes separate hosts, you would simply list the master hostnames under the [etcd] group heading to co-locate the services (you will want an odd number of etcd hosts with a minimum of 3 for etcd ha though).
