Deployment rollbacks are available through the CLI using `oc rollback`. You can check the help with `oc rollback -h` or read the documentation here: https://docs.openshift.org/latest/dev_guide/deployments.html#rolling-back-a-deployment

I believe rollback support recently landed in the web console, but I'm not yet familiar with it. I'm hoping somebody else on the team can point to some documentation.
