For installing new clusters the best workaround is to yum (or dnf)
install docker-1.8.2 before running Ansible.  We're working on a
playbook update to openshift-ansible that will handle that part for
you.  As for solving the general 'yum update' case you'll probably
have to add a temporary blacklist for that package to your yum
configuration.
