Re: Strange TLS error from oc

Looks like an invalid cert. See https://github.com/golang/go/issues/15407 for details.

When trying to login to a (new) OCP 3.5 cluster, oc emits this error:

error: tls: failed to parse certificate from server: parsing time "201710010000Z" as "20060102150405Z0700": cannot parse "Z" as "05"

Validity
  Not Before: Jul 13 00:00:00 2017 GMT
  Not After : Oct  1 00:00:00 2017 GMT
So, if openssl can parse the timestamps, why can't oc?
The cert comes from the external F5 load balancing the masters.

$ oc version
oc v3.5.5.24
kubernetes v1.5.2+43a9be4
features: Basic-Auth GSSAPI Kerberos SPNEGO
